Joseph Pangelinan, PhD

Dr. Pangelinan is Director of Cultural Awareness and Diversity and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine where he leads strategic planning, direction and activities involving diversity and inclusion in the department to foster a welcoming environment for faculty and staff from all backgrounds. He works with senior leadership to assist with training and recruitment efforts, professional development, and education for faculty, staff and trainees regarding diversity, unconscious bias and cultural awareness.
