Mr. Toker is Principal Investigator for the E4B Program and has extensive experience as a scientist, entrepreneur, mentor, and angel investor. After studying physics and electrical engineering, he founded three biomedical technology research companies: MedOptics; Bioptics; and Radicon Imaging Corporation. Larger firms acquired each within seven years of founding. He is a member of several angel investment groups, including Desert Angels and Desert Tech, and is a partner in the micro-seed fund Arch Partners. He is currently pursuing his fourth biomedical startup venture focused on improved medical imaging technology.
